Testing and Certification of Synthetic Turf Systems

We conduct comprehensive laboratory and field tests on synthetic turf systems - from material and product identification to testing the finished playing field for its suitability for sports use. Our tests are conducted in accordance with standards such as DIN EN 15330-1 and DIN 18035-7, as well as the testing programs and requirements of international sports federations such as the DFB, FIFA, and FIH.

Testing of Synthetic Surfaces / Tartan Tracks for Sports Facilities and Impact-Absorbing Surfaces

We test synthetic surfaces both in the laboratory and directly at the sports facility. The tests are conducted in accordance with DIN 18035-6, DIN EN 14877, and RAL standards. These include, among other things, tests for force decay, vertical deformation, tensile strength, and surface thickness, as well as other material, suitability, inspection, and acceptance tests.

As an independent ISO 17025-accredited testing laboratory, we test and evaluate building materials such as turf subbases, synthetic turf, and synthetic turf surfaces in accordance with national and international standards and regulations, including DFB, FIFA, FIH, DIN 18035, EN 15330 or 14877, and RAL.

Analyses for Assessment, Recycling, and Cost Certainty

We test soil, construction debris, asphalt, recycled materials, plastics, and other samples for relevant contaminants and constituents. Our analyses are conducted in accordance with the Federal Soil Protection Ordinance (BBodSchV), the Substitute Construction Materials Ordinance (EBV), the Landfill Ordinance (DepV), LAGA, and other standards. From professional sampling to accredited laboratory analysis and the evaluation of results - we provide all services under one roof.
